US Standard Shipping is a flat fee of $7 or free for purchases over $75. Orders are processed next day (not including weekends or holidays) and typically arrive between 3-5 business days. Shop Ravel ships via USPS or UPS, depending upon rate and estimated shipping time. Shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Shop Ravel is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 5 days after receiving the return shipping label to put your item in the mail. If there is no activity on the return shipping label after 5 days, the label will be voided
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item(s) follow the standards stated above, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the return shipping label cost.
Due to our ever-changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time
To start a return, you can contact us at shopravelonline@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount
