Holiday In-Store Purchase Return Policy
purchases made starting 11/1/25 may be returned for store credit until 1/11/26. Items must be unworn with tags still attached. sale items & accessories are final sale.holiday themed items are final sale. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products purchased as "Final Sale" as not returnable.
Online Return Policy
Purchases made starting 11/1/25 may be returned for a refund if returned within our 10 day policy. Returns made outside of our 10 day policy will be for store credit. Our holiday return policy ends 1/11/26 & our normal policy begins. Items must be unworn with tags still attached. Sale items & accessories are final sale. Holiday themed items are final sale.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 5 days after receiving the return shipping label to put your item in the mail. If there is no activity on the return shipping label after 5 days, the label will be voided
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item(s) follow the standards stated above, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the return shipping label cost.
Due to our ever-changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time
To start a return, you can contact us at shopravelonline@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount
Damages and issues
We have a high standard when it comes to the quality of items we sell. Every item is carefully inspected before being added to our inventory, but sometimes mistakes do happen! If you feel that an item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at shopravelonline@gmail.com. Please include any images of the item/damaged area.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like jewelry and accessories, and items marked as Final Sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
