We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after purchasing your item in-store to return to the store for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item(s) follow the standards stated above, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Due to our ever-changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount
Damages and issues
We have a high standard when it comes to the quality of items we sell. Every item is carefully inspected before being added to our inventory, but sometimes mistakes do happen! If you feel that an item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include any images of the item/damaged area.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
